HB 34                                                                                             
The following, which was advanced to third reading from the                                         
March 12, 2001, calendar (page 551), was read the third time:                                       
                                                                                                    
    SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 34                                                        
    "An Act relating to the statutory rule against perpetuities, to                                 
    nonvested property interests and trusts, and to the suspension of                               
    the power of alienation of property; and providing for an effective                             
    date."
